James Andrews is a Nurse Practitioner licensed by the State of California Board of Nursing holding national certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Cost
Cash pay concierge visits cost $120 and include reviewing your medical history, performing an intake interview, performing a physical examination, diagnosing new conditions, planning care, treating conditions, prescribing medications, charting, and scheduling follow-ups to assure effectiveness of treatment. Some visits may include lab work, medication administration, treatment procedures, imaging studies, consultations or other elements which have additional costs.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
I use RXNT software to manage my practice, schedule appointments, chart medical records, e-prescribe medications, process payments, and refer to specialists. You can download and use the MyRXNT patient portal on your phone, tablet or computer to schedule appointments, fill out forms, view lab results, text message, and communicate with video visits for conditions which do not require physical examination. To determine if your insurance is accepted, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and provide them with the Tax ID number 93-4352636 and National Provider Identification Number 1346011566.
